Service Description

Our project centric courses are about learning various leather working techniques using a building block methodology as you move through different course programs. In this 4 hour course you will make a custom knife sheath while learning the different aspects of the leather working process. Learn to layout a design and cut your material. Then choose from a variety of embossing tools and free hand tooling options to tool designs into the leather. Finally, you will learn to stain and finish the leather for final assembly. A minimum group of 5 students is required to book this course. To book thois course with your group, email the school at "info@vansblacksmithing.ca" with the amount of people in your group. From then the school will contact you to schedule a day for this activity! Important Notes: -You need to bring a knife that has a blade no larger than 8inches. Blade edge must be taped prior to arrival for class.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations and rescheduling, please contact at at least 72 hrs in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule, refund, hold back portions of fees, or give in store credits for cancellations solely at our discretion. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of purchase. “No Show” for a class will not be entitled to any refund or rescheduling of the missed class.
